Personally, I typically navigate conversation by asking them about something I'm interested in, and then telling them about it.Generalrabogolfo wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2019 11:29 amhow do I find talking topics to break the inevitable akward silence that eventually falls in a conversation with an stranger?
I figured anyone can give advice. At least, I hope anyone can, otherwise I just broke the only rule of the thread.calamityCons wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 1:51 pmCan anyone give advice to anyone else in this thread or are we specifically asking Tajazzled/Garfield Icon for advice? My biggest tip that I can elaborate on is to draw something first, and THEN apply studies and corrections to it. Just draw normally, freely, for fun, and then you can do things like take a ruler to your landscape and fix the perspective, or look at a reference of the object you drew to try and find where you have a line that is too wobbly or an edge that's too sharp. And rather than agonizing over one piece for a thousand years, take the time to duplicate something in another document, or sketch small doodle versions of it on a separate piece of paper, and fiddle around until you find what you like.bathtimebird wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2019 11:39 pmMirror mirror on the wall, what is the most enlightening art improvement tip of all?
