Yeah, I used copic markers! It's one of the first full illustrations I made with them and I'm super proud of it.

You guys are so talented with those decent and bold art styles; benni with some funny-yet-casual DaveKats (the second one really portrayed their characters well)--not to mention with the unique choice of (tender) color palettes, and calamityCons with some charming and heartwarming Grimdorks (seriously, I adore your colors and lines, they're so neat!).

Don’t be so hard on yourself, there’s still plenty of ways for you to improve and your anatomy is perfectly fine for the pictures you’ve drawn. They’re LOVELY, by the way! I adore the soft a faded pencil shading and the tones you’ve added to the backgrounds with pencil has helped these characters feel grounded and a part of the world around them. Good job!

But really, body anatomy/proportion has been always be my weakness at drawing

oh damn thats cool! also i especially like how canon compliant the second one looks! really nailed the style (kinda reminds me of those lyricstucks)

thanks! and also your art is really cool! love the traditional use of pencils, it makes a cool blend effect! esp. love the amount of detail you put into the last pic on the clothing! cant really tell who the characters are though. im thinking sollux, gamzee, vriska and kanaya?

Oh man, my pal Sharkalien told me to post some Grimdorks stuff here and I was hesitant to, but seeing that there's some here already, I guess I may as well.



It was actually based off of some really old piece I found when lookin' around once. Here it is, right here. I decided to forego the Awesome Face in mine, though.

AAAAAHHHH THAT'S SO PRECIOUS! Grimdorks is such an underrated ship, and I love the way you modified their colors to suit the warm and sweet emotion of the piece <3
