I've been playing Civ V ever since I was a young lad, and with the sheer amount of time put in + the fun I've had with friends in multiplayer matches it's easily my favorite game ever.
However close seconds would totally be Fallout: New Vegas and Endless War

The game I can't stop playing right now is probably War Thunder, but overall the game I like the most would probably be Terraria, if my 1000 hours on it are any indication.

for nostalgia purposes i have to say my favorite franchises are harvest moon (story of seasons-ways), pokemon, and LoZ. also skyrim. skyrim's too good.

for like. 'i honestly believe you should play this game if youre a video game fan b4 you cork it'? transistor and hollow knight. both very beautiful games with very good storytelling elements and excellent gameplay. absolutely worth it.

for 'im weird'? cultist simulator. not for everyone and at the moment fraught with creator-made cultural issues, but as a game itself its goddamn solid.

Hollow Knight alllll the way. Love those funky little bugs and I have so many feelings about the plot and characters. Plus, the soundtrack is stunning and the art is incredible.

I love Dark Souls 3! I've played it over a bunch of times, and I've enjoyed it every time. Slave Knight Gael is a specific favorite of mine.

I also really like The Isle, which is a game where you can play as a dinosaur and just roam around. It's really fun. I really like dinosaurs.

i've played a bunch of different genres so it's hard to pick a favorite. nier automata is one of the few games i have little to no complaints for and has always been in my list of favorites. minecraft and skyrim have been long time addictions of mine. i should also mention the talos principle (makin is shilling the game for a reason, try it out) and the zero escape series, the latter of which i was obsessed with recently. god am i a slut for story-driven puzzles. add to that time travel and i'm sold
