[S] WV: Ascend will forever be my all time favorite. It has a certain feel of adventure and nostalgia that really draws me in.

ok so this is my first post so I'm sorry if I'm fucking stupid and get something wrong. but my favorite [s] has always been [S] caliborn enter
it is absolutely bone chilling! and like everything about it is beautiful. i love the closing shot where they compare a blackhole consuming a star to caliborn's red spiral cheeks
also i love it when LE completely destroys all those ghosts. like at this point we know he's indestructible but to see such a stunning display of power is terrifying!
[S] collide is also really cool, but like without the buildup it's kind of silly looking and weirdly animated, while with other [s] pages i can watch them without context and still enjoy them.

[S] Seer: Descend is a VERY underrated flash and one of the most poignant moments of character interaction and excellent worldbuilding for the Chess People who are my favorite. John and Rose's interaction is the sweetest and most genuine thing I ever did see and I will always love it.

Besides the obvious, I actually really like [S] Rose and Dave: Shut up and Jam because it was one of the first times that I was like "wow, the Homestuck 'soundtrack' is pretty good actually!" and that left a pretty big impression on me. I still listen to Unsheath'd pretty regularly.

I just love the music here, and this is the first time Lord English shows up, it's very relevant. One thing that makes me sad is that the design LE has here isn't used for his next appearences, because I think the ripped off hands and feet of doc scratch making cuffs and spats on him are a very nice touch (and the Cairo Overcoat. LE has such a great design here)

Caliborn: Enter gives me chills. Way back when, I would've said my favorite flash was Make Her Pay or Seek the Highblood. Seek the Highblood is still pretty good, but Make Her Pay didn't really hold up. Still love the feeling of mutilated vriska slowly getting to her feet though.

man it is almost impossible to choose my favorite, especially trying not to retread other people's picks. one that always sticks out in my mind is Jade: Enter. the music, jade doing awesome shit, fuckin' bro and davesprite fighting jack, etc. etc.

DD: Ascend more casually is a flash I don't hear people talking about often but I really like. The way all current events in the story were paired into the song is ingenious.
