If you’re one of those Raiders who hates the usual slow grind, there’s a risky shortcut that can flip your whole game. It’s all about hitting a hidden vault that’s locked down tighter than anything else out there, but the loot inside is pure gold – rare guns, top-tier gear, and a fat stash of Fuel Rods. You’ll need a tight crew, the right kit, and a solid read on ARC patrol routes. This isn’t a casual run – mess it up and you’re walking away empty-handed – but pull it off and you’ll be swimming in resources. You can even trade some of that haul for ARC Raiders Coins if you’re looking to boost your stash fast.
First thing – gear up properly. Three players is the sweet spot. One should be running a marksman rifle for picking off threats from a distance, another packing a high-capacity auto for the close-in fights, and a support role carrying EMP grenades plus a Shock Harness. Armour that soaks up energy damage is a must – the vault’s guards are ARC units built to fry you. Everyone should carry at least two med-kits and a full stack of ammo for their main weapon. Going in under-equipped is basically donating your gear to the enemy.
The vault’s entrance isn’t on the map. It’s buried in a bunker out in the Xylos badlands, crawling with patrols. To crack it open, you’ve got to overload three separate power conduits at the same time. They’re spread out within about 500 metres of the bunker, each usually guarded by ARC Stalkers or Goliaths. Split the team – marksman takes the high, exposed conduit and watches over the others. On a signal, all three hit their panels within ten seconds. Miss the window and the alarm goes off, reinforcements roll in, and the whole thing resets. Nail it, and you’ve got 90 seconds to get through the blast doors before they slam shut again.
Inside, expect one last nasty fight – elite ARC Sentinels. This is where the close-combat player earns their keep. Drop EMPs to shut them down for a few seconds, then hit their power cores hard. Once they’re scrap, you’ll find the vault chamber. Grab the locked weapon cases, the armour schematics, and the Fuel Rod container. Don’t hang around – the longer you’re in there, the more likely someone else shows up looking to take your score.
Getting out is the real test. Once you trigger the vault, other Raider squads nearby will know. Your planned extraction point might already be compromised. Best bet is to have a route ready that avoids the usual hotspots. Move fast, keep your head down, and don’t pick fights you don’t need. If you make it back in one piece, this run can change your whole progression – especially if you decide to flip part of the loot into Raider Tokens for sale for an even bigger boost.
