It looks as though they posted an update on the patreon on december 29th titled "Hiatus and The Future", so yeah I guess they announced a hiatus in that.

Makes me wonder what the news portion of the site is for, if they don't even announce hiatuses there. Also seems weird to announce it behind a paywall but whatever.

I have a question, though: would it be possible for someone to show the entire Patreon post about the hiatus? Not sure if that's against the rules or not, but me and I'm assuming other people viewing the thread would like to know the whole story behind the hiatus, even if I have my predictions about it.

I wouldn't quite say it's a dumb rule, but announcing the hiatus where only paid reader can get at it really screws over people who won't (or can't afford to) pay

If only there was a news section on the actual comic site. So that information just about the comic in general and not tied to crowd funding or behind the scenes tidbits could be shared on mass so people know when to check back in for the next scheduled update.

Also, the Patreon is basically down now. It stopped signing patrons, all tiers has been "sold out".
