Oh gosh, well I definitely feel like Terezi would read Homestuck, and also Tavros. Vriska wouldn't because she would call it Nerd Shit. Aradia and Sollux might dabble in it. Nepeta absolutely would, and I think Roxy would try to read it. Rose would get bored of it's immaturity very quickly.

We know canonically Doc Scratch has read bits of Homestuck proper, be that through the photo album he shows in Act 5 or the extra-canon Pesterquest where he just actually has a computer with the website pulled up.
