Guilty pleasures

Rapping. Urgh, I h8 just writing that. I don't mean writing my own raps, although I absolutely have, and I still have those raps in my possession, but I mean like rapping rap songs. Like, ones that have already been written and released. I like rapping the fast stuff. The attention and awe you sometimes get from rapping something faster than anyone would believe is truly a feeling to behold. It's a double edged sword though, and I cringe when I think about 13 year old me rapping Rap God in class when everyone could hear me.

I really hope that by some miracle nobody who knows me outside of the forums sees this.

I know the local tv soap operas are sucks. So does the animated fake "real stories" on youtube channels. They make me cringe so hard.....

.....yet I still enjoyed them sometimes

Not exactly a guilty pleasure, but it's odd enough to count as one in the sight of others.

I fucking love eating corn flakes with orange soda as the replacement for milk. It's just so sweet and good, the crunchyness and the sugar just makes it amazing. Gordon ramsay would be rolling in his early grave if he ever saw me eat that kind of breakfast.

Watching Basketball desu. I often feel I have to lie about liking any professional sport because most of my friends that I do talk to despise their existence. But to me, nothing is better than a bowl of mac and cheese and a Raptors game.


Another guilty pleasure is throwing my gamecube controller really fucking hard against the wall when I lose to PK Freeze on Quickplay on Smash.

Finding an excuse to have to go out for something (anything) and going to the farthest store for it so I can just drive and listen to music and sing and have some "me" time because that never happens.
Unfortunately, I might now be busted for admitting this because two people who know me are also a part of this forum, so fingers crossed they don't see this. They're awesome company, but I rarely get alone time.

Eating cookie dough raw. I know it's a horrible habit that will probably cause me to die from foodborne illness but, I like to live on the wild side. :devious:

You can make cookie dough with applesauce instead of egg. Or unflavored gelatin dissolved in water. It'll come out about the same, but be safe to eat raw. (Well, mostly safe raw. Technically dry flour does contain some bacteria that could cause issues with long term uncooked cookie dough storage, but it should be fine.)

Well I really wouldn't call it a guilty pleasure but I have managed to convince a friend to start reading Homestuck, and have come to realize that dropping very subtle hints and references about plot relevant things he doesn't understand YET is very fun.

Eventually he will finish the comic and realize my true genius. I'm hoping for a massive brainsplosion.

Well I really wouldn't call it a guilty pleasure but I have managed to convince a friend to start reading Homestuck, and have come to realize that dropping very subtle hints and references about plot relevant things he doesn't understand YET is very fun.

Eventually he will finish the comic and realize my true genius. I'm hoping for a massive brainsplosion.

This is the only valid reason to introduce friends to Homestuck, I have very much done this too
